Static map mode:
Once the map is zoomed out and map area becomes smaller than "whole earth", the map stops it's moving and is centered at the point latitude and longitude are zero.
Full window mode:
If you click the check box labeled "full window" below the map, the map area fits to the browser window.

Google map. Great features from Google. It provides me with user-friendly mapping service and local business information. And by clicking the Zoomable maps, we can focused on an address or post code of an area.
